Bliss RV delivers - both with excellent customer service and offering a beautiful product. We rented the Serenity in mid-May. We were in awe of how well the kitchen was perfectly equipped, no need was over-looked, the flannel sheets were a nice (soft) touch as it was still chilly at night, the camp chairs and table were perfectly sized for HH by the campfire. The rig is obviously very well maintained and cared for between uses.
Not enough can be said about Jenn and her team. Their enthusiasm is contagious, and sense of hospitality is unforgettable. We would definitely rent from them again except we loved the LTV so much we went out and bought our own in mid-June. Now we need to fly Jenn out to TX to help us outfit our rig to Bliss RV standards.

Last week we rented a Unity for our first RV experience. Beginning with the reservation process through returning the vehicle, we worked with Jenn who was patient and knowledgeable. We took my electric wheelchair on the trip and Jenn made sure there would be adequate storage space for the chair. When we picked up the RV Jenn conducted a very thorough orientation of both the interior and exterior of the RV. The RV was in immaculate condition and it was stocked with everything needed. While out on the road we had a couple of operational questions and the Bliss team would promptly answer our text. Without a doubt we will rent from Bliss again and I recommend that anyone in the Bay Area who is considering a RV rental to contact Bliss and speak with Jenn.

My wife and I rented the 2021 Wonder FTB. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience. From great furnishings to an amazing walk through of the RV by Jenn, everything worked out perfectly. We had previously only tent or trailer camped. The ease of driving and set-up (virtually nothing) made for a great vacation. My wife and I are considering purchasing a Leisure Travel Van. Jenn answered the multitude of questions we had from diesel vs. gas, to overall maintenance. Having her share her knowledge and experience made our trip even more special. Jenn's customer service and enthusiasm for the overall experience is top notch! We had a blast. We would highly recommend Bliss RV to anyone in the RV rental market in/around San Francisco/Oakland.

Once in a while, you go on a vacation that changes your perspective on life...BlissRV powered that vacation for me and my wife recently. These RV's are the perfect way to get away, but stay away from people. My wife and I rented the Serenity for 10 days to explore the Utah National Parks. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. It was top notch across the board. If you are considering renting elsewhere, stop and rent from Bliss. You will be well taken care of, the RV is beautiful, well stocked and well maintained and for the few minor issues we had while on the road, Bliss was super responsive and helped to make them a non issue. Would rent here again in a heartbeat.

Our experience with Conrad and Derek from start to finish was five star plus.
The guys at Bliss RV really know what they are doing. This was our first RV trip and Derek and Conrad guided us through the whole process - They met us early morning in Sausalito and gave us a very in-depth walk-through of the RV. They were both so friendly and fun and you can tell they love what they do! They also gave us great recommendations on where to go. We rented the Free Spirit. It was just my wife and I so it was perfect for the 2 of us. The RV itself was beautiful. The rig is so well thought out, tastefully designed and with everything one could possibly need. The bed is so comfortable....you would never have known you were sleeping on a pull out due to the Tempur-pedic mattress. This really was one of the best trips we have ever had and we cannot wait for our next adventure with Bliss RV! Thank you Conrad and Derek!

We decided to rent a short RV trip with BlissRV through northern California and Sonoma county. From the time I started the inquiry to Conrad, I knew this is the company that I want to work with. When initially looking for a place to rent an LTV, I noted that EVERY review about Conrad and Derek at BlissRV was essentially 5 stars and not a single negative - too good to be true is what one would usually think. Couldn’t have been more wrong as every aspect of researching RV options on their website, booking process, rescheduling from May to June due to COVID, orientation to their spotless Unity CB was so professional and easy. Not a thing was overlooked which made our first trip in an RV far more stress-free than we had imagined. We have had our eye on purchasing an LTV for a few years now and found Derek and Conrad more knowledgeable about the brand and RVing than many of the sales reps we have had contact with. Conrad and Derek provide an excellent luxury RV rental service. I've looked for months trying to rent an RV that's not the run of the mill from the big rental companies, or from the private individuals that you don't know what the vehicles would be like. Bliss RV rents all Leisure Travel Vans, which are the luxury high-end rigs. Since it was only me and my husband, we rented the Wonder. The RV was clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed for glamping, and it was easy to drive. Derek gave us a thorough run down on how to operate everything in the RV, making us feel comfortable and confident in taking it on the road and doing some dry camping. They were super helpful and easy to reach in case we needed them for advice or help while we were on the road. We definitely won't hesitate to rent from them again.

Amazing customer service from start to finish. Conrad and Derek were extremely responsive when I first booked and even helped with camping site suggestions. The Sprinter SS was in immaculate condition and everything is provided by them. You really only need to bring clothes for your trip and food. The rig is fully stocked. The orientation at pick-up was very thorough and we left feeling very comfortable. Also they are very responsive to any needs or questions you might have while on your trip. Can’t recommend this experience enough. If you are looking for an adventure especially during these restrictive times, this is a excellent option and you are in good hands with Conrad and Derek and their fleet of quality rigs.

We recently returned from a 9 day trip in a Unity MB from BlissRV. All I can say is, WOW! The RV itself was immaculate when we picked it up from Conrad and Derek. Everything we needed was included - linens, towels, utensils, etc. All we had to do was stock the fridge. The murphy bed was so comfortable. I'm 6'4" and both my wife and I were completely at home in the queen-sized bed. We will definitely use BlissRV on our next adventure out west. Conrad and Derek, you guys are the best!
